We offer you an optional cleaning service during your stay for $450 MXN, and we handle a pet fee of $250 per night, please ask about our requirements to welcome your pet. In case you require a baby cradle, this can be requested in advance.
About your pets one day before arrival you must share:
1. letter of good health issued by a veterinarian no older than 3 days.
2. Up to date vaccination card.
3. Proof of last NexGar pill.

The journey from the Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport to the property is approximately 13 minutes. The closest supermarket is Soriana Híper - Plaza Caracol 3 minutes away by car, you will also find a grocery store 2 minutes away.

We are inside Condominium Lisboa. We can handle flexible check in/out times, but always subject to availability. Access to the building is by password, which we will send you before your check in. We have an elevator to go up to the apartment. The building has available roofed parking places on the outside, none of them are reserved, so you can take the one you find available.

- Extra guests are not permitted. As an exception, a baby under 2 years old may be accommodated at an additional cost of $250 MXN per night, as the administration considers them an extra guest. The corresponding payment will be processed through Airbnb once the reservation is confirmed. A bath towel and beach towel will be provided for the baby.
- Our neighbors are very important to us. The noise level must be lowered between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM, parties are not allowed on the property. Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- We offer SmartTVs so that each guest can access their Streaming accounts.
